How can I transfer my non-Bank of America business credit card balance? Eligible business owners can request to have a non-Bank of America credit card balance transferred to their Bank of America business credit card by enrolling in Online Banking. You may also call 1.888.449.2273 and in most cases we'll transfer balances to your new card within 10 business days upon approval.

How do I earn Power Rewards points? You automatically receive 1 point for every $1 in qualifying purchases posted to your credit card account, with no monthly or annual limits. You'll also earn an additional point per dollar spent on travel purchases made through the Power Rewards Travel Center. Plus, Bank of America may occasionally offer bonus points for certain purchases or transactions.

Are there any redemption fees? Redemption fees are only charged to your account when you actually redeem your points. The redemption fees are: $0 for cash credits to your account, merchandise and gift certificates/cards; $10 for each hotel and car rental certificate/card redemption; $15 for each domestic airline ticket redemption; and $22 for other travel redemptions.

Are there restrictions on airline tickets? Power Rewards offers flexible airline tickets with travel on any U.S.-based airline carrier. With respect to point redemption for airline tickets, additional costs such as (but not limited to) rush charges and overnight shipping are at your own expense. Airline ticket price caps apply, although you may choose to pay amounts over the price cap yourself. Airline tickets are non-refundable and are for round-trip flights only within the continental U.S. Flights must originate within the continental U.S. and must be booked at least 21 days in advance. Your trip must include a Saturday night stay, and interim stopovers of more than 4 hours. Open jaw and circle trips are not permitted. You must complete your trip within 30 days of your original departure date. Your tickets may be purchased in any individual's name, but will be mailed to your billing address. You choose your travel dates, but reservations with some carriers may not be available. No blackout dates apply. You must redeem all travel-related rewards through the Power Rewards Center. When you redeem points for domestic air travel there is a $15 redemption fee.

Can I transfer my balance from a personal Bank of America credit card to a Bank of America business credit card? No. However, you can transfer balances from any non-Bank of America business credit card to a Bank of America business credit card.
